I ordered Microsoft Student Office and only received 2 of the 3 files necessary to download the product. I emailed them asking for the missing file. No response. I then cancelled the order and requested my money back. Not only have they not given me my money back, they billed me again a week later! No money and no product. What a scam. read full review »
