Worst service ever! Bunk bed was delivered and when built was defective. The man who built it said, no problem, I will inform them and they will order a new one. I have been trying to contact them to find out what is going on. I keep getting told that a supervisor will call me back. A week has passed, no phone call, and I am calling every day and am told the same thing. DO NOT BUY from DFW Furniture Direct!! If you have an issue with what you buy, they will NOT correct it, you will be stuck! read full review »
