We had gone to the "Bombay Club" restaurant for dinner with our families. While the kids were playing in an unused small section away from the crowd, a drunk customer accosted them. When we asked to see a manager to report this incident, the manager did not come to our table. When we pressed again, the manager asked us to walk over to his desk, behind a wall away from other customers. He refused to do anything about it.
