In Oct 09 I ordered 2 recliners from Three Bros, Vallejo. After delivery in Dec I found the backings loose and leather puckered. Then I found loose stitching in the seat of one. The store sent out a leather "specialist" who was unable to rectify the problem and told me "that's the way with leather"! Now the store wants to try another method, leaving me without the furniture.
