Guess I am one of many who ordered Acai Berry Tropic. Not only did they send me a substitute product of Natura Cleanse and charged me for the Acai Berry free trial they would not give me my money back for the Acai Berry Tropic I did order when I returned the substitute product unopened with the RMA # on it. I have tracking confirmation and dates from the usps and they would not pick up returned package. I don't believe I should be charged for a product I did not order!
