I had a new home built from Nader Homes & was promised that the home would take 9 mos. The project was delayed by 6mos due to Nader Homes not capable of keeping a project manager on the job. We had 3 project manager quit during the project and by the end the project had no project manager. The owner George Nader expects the owner to do all the follow up with the sub-contractors during the project and was unable to retain the project manager due to low pay paid to the project manager.
