On 2 Feb 2010, I placed an order for a FREE Bold 9700 after contract upgrade by calling an agent and providing the "CALL CODE" provided by their website to "ensure" I get the right phone and deal. Well, an hour after the order was placed, the invoice arrived and that is when I discovered that the telephone agent placed the order for the wrong phone.
