After five years in the timeshare industry primarily working for Wyndham Vacation Resorts I wanted to respond to a few responses I have seen on this website concerning this company. First of all, let me say that what many of you are saying is true about the lack of customer service. The sales reps from the front line to the back line are told they are there for one purpose and one purpose only and that is to sell timeshares.
