I recently and regrettably ordered the ShamWow product over the telephone. I never spoke to an agent but rather completed the order to an automated service listening to about a half an hour of additional sales pitches. I feel the ordering process was intentional confusing. I recall them asking me if I wanted to place an order. I was under the impression that they were repeating what already had taken place so I replied yes, or 1.
