I am having trouble speaking with someone at AT&T that is not a "customer service rep" to discuss an unresolved early cancellation issue. I just received a Bill collector's letter in the mail threatening me to pay the early cancellation fee for terminating my service early or else they would report my credit. To update you briefly, I had an iPhone, and about 1 year into the contract started receiving third party billing charges on my account.
