I received a letter on February 8, 2010 from Carol Walker with the International Award Advisors saying that I was a recipient for a cash award of $2, 500, 000.00 and I needed to send them a $20.00 processing fee. I don't understand how these people keep getting away with this!! I thought that using the U. S. Mail was a federal offense!! Why can't we stop these people!
