The fabric on my lazy boy is pilling. I was told by their customer service that this is 'normal' and they would not take care of any servcie. I can not believe that a $650 chair is fine to pill!! Their warranty is absurd!!! I can't believe that in these economic times, the level of service is so POOR! Someone should review LazyBoy complaints and start a boycott!!! read full review »
