I ordered a one time shipment of coffee in August of '09 and then one week later I received another shipment and was charged againg for it. So I promptly called them eand was told to return to sender (the unwanted shipment) and I would receive the reverse of charges within 30-60 days. I wait 60 days go by so I call them again and the man who answered the phone said that i was givin wrong information and that the correct time it will take is 30-60 buisness days.
