They sent a defective battery. Did not include any invoice or order number or anything. Tried to contact them via phone and it goes to an answering machine. Tried contacting them via internet with no response. DO NOT BUY A BATTERY FROM THESE PEOPLE> I basically wasted $80. I bought the new battery from Dell - should have done this in the first place. FYI: Battery is labeled for a Dell Inspiron which looked official. read full review »
