These people at Wachovia will deplete all the money in your account on bogus fees. they held a government isuued check for over 7 banking days and then charged us $405.00 in fees in uncollected funds. There is a law that the Federal Reserve has to clear any check over $2, 000.00 in 24 hours that means they have had my money for over 5 days and I can not use it ??
