On 02/04/2010 I placed an order for mobile phone accessories. On 02/05/10 I followed up to see if the items had shipped. The CSR told me they had shipped but failed to let me know they were on backorder. If I would have known the items were on back order I would have canceled the order. The Vendors website does not display the quantities in stock nor do they contact their customers in case of delays.
