I am writing about the horrendous managers at the Apple Valley, MN club. Many of us would complain to the wimpy managers about not demanding offending members who leave their locks overnight (for WEEKS at a time) to take them out or they will cut them off. Alicia especially, was one of the wimpiest...her response was, well we don't want to offend any of our members...even though there were so many lockers with locks on them that it was hard to get a locker during the busy time periods!
