Dell has a customerservice making promises continually they cannot keep! Not even talking about the non- responses when you do get upset finally! We ordered two Latitude laptops for our starting company and since we are travelling a lot for work, we only had one question on ordering; when would they be delivered. We even went so far as to order UK power plugs, which do not fit the Dtuch sockets without an adpater since we were told correct powerplugs would delay the delivery.
