The store salesman treated us with total and complete disrespect. We actually had to get the store manager to handle our purchase. The delivery was a train wreck. First, the delivery department sets up a time convenient for them-not for you. Part of our order was broken so only the sofa could be delivered...at 6:45am while my wife was in the shower and they woke up the baby. The delivery guys were rude and obnoxious. Then since they broke our chair and didn't have a replacement they scheduled the delivery of the rest of our furniture... read full review »
