I was charged for $151.15 without knowing that there was a trial period. I did not authorize this charge to my account. When I called they gave me this website to try and refund my money. I do believe that this is horrible customer service when they can not take care of a customer on the phone and have to give a website. I will be working with my bank to get my money back if this does not work. It is sad how these companies take advantage of people with their products and charge huge amounts without really letting you know what you are getting into with a weak moment. read full review »
