I came across this thread while looking for someplace to rant about my terrible experience with Geek Squad . This guy was trying to get us to pay him $100 for basically coming to the house and saying there was nothing wrong with our oven, even though there was CLEARLY something wrong with it. Well, we got the Sears guy to come a couple days later, who discovered that rodents were responsible for eating through much of the electronic parts in the back.
