I signed up for the Verizon FIOS bundle in November of 2006. At that time I was promised a free TV. After numerous calls to their customer service department I received the TV about a year later. I also asked if I would like to refer a friend. I was told that I would receive a credit of $100 as well as the friend I referred if they subscribed to the service. They were contacted by the sales person and signed up also. I have made numerous phone calls to Verizon Customer Service department only to be told something different everytime.
