I was charged $86.42 for my "free trial and four days later charged another $86.42 for a bottle I didn't order. I was told to get my money refunded I would need to return the second bottle and was given a Return Authorization Number. Mailed back the bottle with RAN, received an email stating that it had been received. I have never been credited for the second charge of $86.42.
