First of all, the website, company name, product, and account to which credit card is charged ARE ALL DIFFERENT! they make it almost impossible to figure out what you purchased and from whom. I called to cancel and they told me to do it from the website. I followed the directions and got an email stating this: "Thank you for using Staywhites! We have received your cancellation and you will no longer receive shipments from us.
