My Washing Machine is not working, so I call Lowe's Service Advantage (Warranty Plan) It is under warranty. They schedule Morgan Appliance to come out on 03/03/2009 between 1 and 5pm. OK, so I take of early, losing some of my pay in the bad economic times, and wait for them to come. We it in 3:30 and no one has called yet. So I call Morgan and they say the have no recorded of me.
