I phoned my local Cold Stone Creamery on Power Plant Pkwy.in Hampton Va.to order a birthday cake for my grandson. They then informed me I needed to come in and pre-pay for the order 48 hrs before pickup date. I did, in fact I went into the store within 2 hrs of the phone order and paid for it. There was a minor storm the night before I was to pick up the cake. No big deal just an inch of snow.There was a sign on the door that they were closed due to "inclament weather".
