I ordered a tedddybear bouquet for my grandchild online. The bouquet was described with roses and gerulas. The bouquet was delivered to the wrong address and was just carnations. Repeated attempts by myself and the BBB were ignored. All I asked was to have the flowers exchanged for the described ones. read full review »
