I am writing to complain about the way i was treated today by both supervisors 1) Angelo TPMAAN(he said thais is his i.d.). He was rude and there was no way i could understand him. I than spoke yo Tracey 32749(she said this is her i.d. no.). Both kept me on the phone for a late fee, that was NOT my fault, and would not acknowledge my excellent standing with your company.
