Jan 2008 purchased DVD Recorder, it no longer works. I took it into the store where I purchased and they asked if I purchased at their location -- the address was printed at the top of the page! Then they would give NO indication of when the repaired item was to be returned. I am totally dissatisfied with everything HH Gregg and beyond this will never buy again. I was only allowed to speack to a MIT (manager in training) who obviously did not know anything except doubletalk and evasiveness. read full review »
