I had just bought a PSP and had problems getting an internet connection through my wireless router which is an advertised feature of the system. I called Sony for help but there was no prompt to speak to a human but I happened to know 0 works most of the time. I would have been better not talking to anyone because after only 2 minutes the rep had become very impatient and rude with me.
