OMG!!! I promise I am going to find every website/blog humanly possible to let other consumers know that HP has the WORST customer service I've experienced in my 54 years. Six-month old all-in-one printer w/six months left on warranty burns out - won't fire up and burning smell. Call HP, get escalated to boss on every call with a promise to call at xx:xx am/pm.
