I signed and paid for laser hair removal from my face with little or no results after 3 years. I just received a phone call from the local office stating my guarantee with the company is up, and if I want them to honor my next appointment we need discuss additional payments. This service does not work, and I wish it was something that I did not do. It is painful, time consuming, and worst of all ineffective.
