My father recently passed away and I learned his mortgage was sold to GMAC mortgage. There is no equity in the home and all I want to do is have it be gone. I attempted many times to speak with them to make it as easy and quick as possible but they kept giving me a runaround. To the point that I sent in the information so they can speak to me regarding the details of the account but when I called to confirm they received my paperwork, they wouldn't tell me. Ridiculous.
