I puchased the Jupiter Jsck and $35.96 was debited from myt account on 02/01/20. As of today'a date, February 11, 2010, I have yet to receive my jupiter jacks. I understand that the product has to be shipped from New Jersey to California, but 10 day is an unacceptablly long time for receipt, ecpecially since you already took my money.
