Last Tuesday 2-2-10 I called about a problem with my freezer. The earliest they could send someone was Friday 2-5-10 It snowed that day so they canceled the appointment and rescheduled it for Monday 2-8-10. The service guy came and said we needed a part and it was sent to us on 2-9. He was supposed to be here on 2-10-10 between 8-12. He didn't show and when I called 800-4My Home I was told the earliest he could come is 2-19-10.Please keep in mind everything in my 5 MONTH old freezer is melting.
