Scheduled an appointment for the digital panel to be replaced in December 2009. Was told it was $500 and we couldn't afford that at the time. Called on Sunday February 7 2009 and asked if I could schedule an appointment to have this now repaired. Explained to the associate that I had already paid a diagnostic fee and was told I would not need to pay it again because it was within 90 days.
