The only way to get anything accomplished with Nikon customer service is when you start yelling and demanding to speak to a supervisor. I have probably talked to about a dozen reps and been promised 2 dozen e-mails to resolve my issue. Right now my camera is sitting in my post office and I cannot pick it up because Nikon cannot give me the tracking number that they have be telling me they will get to me for the past week. My 7-10 business day repair has turned into 2 months and counting without my camera and with a load of stress. This company is disgusting and I wish I never purchased their product.
