I order a Jabra BT5020 (Blue tooth headset), received it with in 5 days (fast shipping) when I read the instructions it said to fully charge the head set before using. I pulled out the charger that was shipped with the headset only to find that it doesn't even fit the headset. I've emailed once and called 15 times with no reply for a week now. I simple fix would be to send the correct charger. Will not use them again. read full review »
