I also got the charge for $14.95, and was told I registered for this service... with an email I've never heard from. The minute I started talking with the network assurance rep about fraud and filing a complaint with the BBS, she got out a script and began reading. She is authorized to only refund 3 payments and gave me the email of Network Assurance customer support. That address is: [email protected]. The address is 2120 S. Reserve St. Missoula, Montana 59801. I encourage everyone to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As of now, the BBS does not have any record of this company. read full review »
