I have been dealing with Provident for 6 months and it hasn't been pretty. I have recently gotten a letter informing me they were going to raise escrow $300 a month, the result of (yet another) whopping clerical error on their part. Fix it? Good luck with that one--you might as well spit into the ocean--it's the Comcast Syndrome!!! I am seriously thinking about pulling my finances together and paying off the mortgage rather than keep dealing with them. Mortgage companies didn't use to make these stupid, constant mistakes--I rue the day they bought my loan! read full review »
