i bought a brand new desk top windows 7 FQ6VHK1 8000 for my kids with built in web cam all the bells and whisles up screen to 22in had problem problems still not fix dell tech disable my web cam now there trying to charge me 200 dollars for software issue that they missed up on phone with them from 900 till 200 spoke to 8 different people got no where no where they suck i paid over 1600 hundred for this there tech are a bunch of idots no one would call me back every 2 weeks i call dont get no responce at all [email protected] read full review »
