I purchased the product, Twindraftguard, via a television commercial. I was charged $7.95 for shipping and handling per order x 2 orders which came up to $15.90. Plus the cost of the product for a grand total of $55.00. The product didn't work on my doors so I called and received a return authorization code. I paid approximately $13.00 to return the product. I received only $39.98 for a refund. When I called to inquire about the refund, I was told that the monies were held for shipping and handling.
