Cleanwhites have proceeded to take £53.70 from my account, even though I checked the box not to commit. I contacted my bank immediately who asked me to cal the number they had for the company. On all sides I was rebuffed, ending in the Cleanwhites' 'Customer Service' representative informing me that my order number (which I had received from them on application) did not exist, even though I had the trial product and the money had been taken from my account.
