I don't have an Auto Loan with this company, I was put as a contact person for someone who does have a loan. This person has fallen on hard times and cannot make the payments on her vehicle. I am receiving calls daily twice a day telling me to contact the person. I have done so and advised Westlake of this. I still receive calls from them telling me I better call the person and have her call them.
