Well, I see that I'm not the only one who has encountered these beasts. I originally entered into a contract over-the-phone for directory and internet advertising. This was done through a sales rep named Lee Garrett, who represented himself as being with the Windstream Phone Directory.He stated that he would send over a proof of the ad so that I could ok it.
