due to the snow storm, I called regarding about the status of my flight and how i can readjust my flight. The person on the other end was very impolite, and keep asking me the same thing as if I was mentally retard it. and i was waited on the phone for more than 1 hr for them to pick up the phone. very rude the worst service i ever encounter. Never again i would fly us airway. it's much cheaper with airtran. delta was about the same price but much much better service. read full review »
