In 2005 my mother and I were deceived into purchasing a printing franchise. We were duped by Mr. James Galasso, a VP of Minuteman Press who just wanted to sell us a franchise for $45, 000. We were inadequately assisted in promoting the business and we ended up losing over $100, 000 due to its failure and after selling it for only $5, 000! Mr.Galasso did not help me market and gave me false advice on how to improve profits.
