After I downloaded the software I found that I could not run it at all, my video card is not compatable and my computer can not use the video card that is required. The next day I tried to request a refund at the site. The forms on the site did not work, the options that were required were not selectable. So I found a phone number for Digital River, the company that sold me the product. They told me to wait 5-7 days for a refund. I waited 8 days. No refund.
