When engaged them for a new maid, they are friendly and welcoming. When you returned a poor quality maid back to them, they turn hostile. They refused to talk to you regarding the advance payment even when you told them that you are not going to get a replacement from them. Oh gosh, I am not sure if I will ever get my outstanding S$1, 600+ which is now held by them. I am complaining to MOM. Hopefully, they can do something for me. Otherwise, got to spend some money to seek help from CASE. Look at all the hassle I am going through right now, I am advising all of you NOT TO GO TO 3A'S CONSULTANCY AND SERVICES!!! read full review »
