An unauthorized debit was drafted from my account by using my checking account and routing number (not debit card!) in the amount of $99.95. I have no idea where it came from. I have filed a fraud claim with Bank of America and will file an additional claim with the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau if a refund is not issued immediately. I will also change my checking account to avoid future unauthorized transactions. I am incensed. This is ridiculous. Platinum Services "customer service" number is 800 972-8094. read full review »
